ホテル棟 大規模修繕工事についてのご案内 / Notice Regarding Large-Scale Renovation Work on the Hotel Building

平素より、Kafuu Resort Fuchaku CONDO・HOTELをご愛顧いただき誠にありがとうございます。

この度、Kafuu Resort Fuchaku CONDO・HOTEL　ホテル棟におきまして大規模修繕工事の実施を予定しております。

つきましては下記日程期間におきましてホテル棟の宿泊が不可となり、コンドミニアム棟・アネックス棟のみとなります。

【実施期間】
・2025年11月01日～2026年04月20日予定

【実施時間】
・午前8時30分～午後17時30分予定

また修繕期間中のコンドミニアム棟、アネックス棟ご宿泊の皆様には騒音や工事車両の通行等において、ご迷惑をおかけいたしますが、安全最優先にて作業を行わせていただきます。

ご不便をおかけいたしますが、ご理解ご協力をいただきますようお願い申し上げます。

なおホテル棟内のレストラン営業については、別途詳細が決定いたしましたらお知らせいたします。

We would like to inform you that large-scale renovation work is scheduled to take place in the hotel building of Kafuu Resort Fuchaku CONDO・HOTEL.

As a result, accommodations in the Hotel Building will not be available during the period outlined below.

[Working Hours]
8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (planned)
During the renovation period, guests staying in the condominium building and annex building may experience noise and construction vehicle traffic.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and assure you that all work will be carried out with the highest priority on safety.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this time.

Regarding the restaurant operations within the hotel building, we will provide an update as soon as details are finalized.
